We start collecting analytics after getting the corresponding consent from you in cookies window. User Content 4.1 Users may upload datasets and associated materials. 4.2 By publishing your datasets, you grant sci2sci a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such datasets in connection with the Service. 4.3 You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the datasets posted by you on or through the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms and Conditions; and (ii) the posting and use of your datasets on or through the Service does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party. 4.4 The individual who uploads content to sci2sci bears sole responsibility for said content, and pledges to exempt and safeguard sci2sci from any liability related to their use of the service. The content provider must ensure their content is appropriate for public sharing, and that it adheres to these terms and all relevant laws, inclusive of but not limited to, regulations pertaining to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property rights. Additionally, in cases where previously classified personal data is being uploaded for open distribution through sci2sci, the content provider must ensure such data has been sufficiently anonymized or thoroughly cleared through consent. 4.5 Access to sci2sci, along with all its content, is offered on an "as-is" premise. Users of the content ("Users") must abide by any relevant licensing conditions. Downloading and using content from sci2sci does not grant any intellectual property rights regarding the content to the User. 5. Termination 5.1 sci2sci retains the right, without prior notice or liability, to modify, eliminate or block access to content that it perceives as inappropriate or inadequately protected, and (ii) to limit or revoke User access in cases where it believes that the usage of sci2sci disrupts its operations, breaches these Terms of Use, or infringes any applicable laws. 5.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 6.
